Who We Are ?

Parada is a shared-parking web and mobile app empowering parking space owners such as condominiums, commercial properties and individuals to efficiently rent out their unused parking spaces to tenants or private individuals during times when they're unoccupied.

This platform bridges the gap between parking space owners looking to optimize their underutilized spaces and individuals looking for convenient and accessible parking options, as well as providing a worry-free and hassle-free shared parking experience.

The concept of shared parking helps drivers avoid the long search for an empty parking space. Especially in big cities like in Metro Manila, we lose on 5-10 minutes every day searching for parking on average where 30 percent of the cars in congested traffic were cruising for parking.

Moreover, this platform have the potential to promote sustainability in parking systems.

For Drivers

It's easy to find a parking space on Parada. On the home page, choose the date and time you want along with the building/garage you like best. "Search Parking" will bring up a list of all the open parking spaces that match your search. You can also search by parking garage after you choose your location.

When you use the "On-demand Booking" choice to book a parking space, you need to wait for a parking owner to accept your request before you proceed with the payment. Parking spaces that are not on-demand make a booking request that the owner of the space has 24 hours to accept or decline. All changes to booking requests will be sent by email. When you find a parking space you want, take these steps to reserve it:
1. Sign in or create an account with your email address.
2. Next, select the dates and times on the parking page, then click "Book this parking."
3. Submit the necessary details and make sure it is complete and correct.
4. Complete payment and wait for proof of your booking.

Information about how to get to the parking space you want to book can be found under "Access information" on the page where you make the booking.
As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will get an email and SMS with all the information you need to get to your parking space.

For Parking Owners

The "Offer my Parking" button is always at the top of the page. Click it to rent out your parking space. It's always free and easy to become a member of "Parada" and rent out your parking space.

You can now pick how much you want to charge and how long you want to rent out your parking space for at least. Also, you can choose the exact dates that your parking is free and the dates that you need it.

If you need help deciding on a rental price, we'll be happy to give you advice based on what other people in your area charge for rents and parking. As a minimum length of time, we recommend that you try short times or just a couple of days.

Once start receiving booking requests, you always have 24 hours to respond before the request is automatically declined. The faster you respond to respond for bookings, the more time the driver has to prepare his trip.

When listing your parking space, you will be asked to fill out "Parking Access" information and "Additional Access info (for email only)" so that you can be as clear as possible about how drivers can get to your parking space.

The "Additional Access Info" is only sent to verified drivers who have been approved and whose booking requests have been confirmed by you as the parking owner. You can include as many details as you need, especially in the "Additional Access Info" email that is sent to drivers who have a confirmed booking.

By going to your account page and looking at your parking listing, you can edit and add/or more information about your parking space and approve listing requests from the drivers.

In order for a driver to rent your parking space, they will need to make a booking through our website. If you agree to their booking request, we will send them an email and SMS with instructions on how to pay (via Gcash, Maya, or bank transfer).

Every Tuesday, all parking owners are immediately paid for all bookings that ended between the previous Tuesday at 11 p.m. and this Tuesday at 10:59 p.m.

Parada will take 20% of the total amount you make from renting out your parking space as a commission, excluding the VAT.
